This website is operated by Pamela Yarbrough Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pamela Yarbrough Designs. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Digital Downloads. By purchasing a digital product from our store, you understand that you are buying an instant-download digital PDF crochet pattern, NOT a physical finished item.  Delivery is fully automated. An instant download link will be provided immediately at checkout, and a backup link will be emailed to you. You are responsible for providing a valid, working email address to receive your files. 

Section 2 - Intellectual Property and Copyright: All content included in our digital patterns—including written instructions, stitch logic, layout, and photographic images—is the exclusive intellectual property of Pamela Yarbrough Designs and is protected by international copyright laws.

Pattern Protection: YOU MAY NOT copy, alter, share, distribute, translate, rewrite, or resell the PDF pattern file (or any part of its text and photos) in any format, digital or printed.

Commercial Use of Finished Items: YOU MAY and are legally permitted and warmly encouraged to sell physical finished items that you personally hand-crochet using these patterns. If you sell your finished items online, we kindly ask that you credit Pamela Yarbrough Designs as the pattern designer. 

Section 3 - Physical Products, Kits, and Shipping For physical, tangibly shipped items (such as crochet kits, yarn supplies, or finished pieces):

Shipping & Processing: We ship to the regions specified at checkout. Orders are processed and handed to the shipping carrier within the turnaround times stated on the product page.

Shipping Addresses: The buyer is entirely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. 

Delays & Damages: Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), transit times, customs delays, and carrier handling are completely out of our control. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but is missing, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim

Section 4 - Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Items: As stated in our Refund Policy, all digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

Physical Items: Cancellations or alterations to physical product orders must be requested within [e.g., 24 hours] of purchase, before the item has shipped. Our specific return guidelines for physical kits can be found on our main Refund Policy page.  

Section 5 - Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas, United States.
