Frequently Asked Questions

How does digital items work?

You are purchasing an instant-download digital PDF crochet pattern containing written blueprints and instructions. You are not buying a finished physical item (like a completed doll outfit or basket) and nothing will be shipped to you in the mail.

How do I access my pattern after purchase?

As soon as your payment is processed, an instant download link will appear directly on your checkout confirmation screen. Shopify will also automatically send a backup link to the email address you provided. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Can I sell the physical items I make from your patterns?

Yes, absolutely! You are legally permitted and warmly encouraged to sell any physical items you personally hand-crochet using these patterns. All I ask is that you kindly credit Pamela Yarbrough Designs as the pattern designer on your online listings or tags.

Can I share or copy the PDF pattern file?

No. All pattern text, custom stitch logic, layouts, and photographs are protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, alter, share, distribute, rewrite, or resell the PDF file (or any part of it) in any digital or printed format.

Your basket pattern says it uses 3 strands of yarn held together. How does that work?

This is a great technique for building rigid structure without buying specialty bulky yarn! You simply pull yarn from three separate skeins (or wind one skein into three balls) and hold all three strands together as if they were one single, thick thread. Your pattern includes specific tips to guide you through this smoothly.

How are physical items shipped?

All physical items are carefully packaged and shipped via standard carrier services. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. For expedited shipping options, please contact our customer service team.
